Contacted customer services via email several times and each time was given no help but a standard script copied and pasted to all the rest of your customers!

@VenchiLondon So I found out I was incorrectly charged at the Carnaby St branch on 7th Jan for some short-dated Christmas cake and the branch manager Aneta had promised to refund the amount back to me. 3 weeks later, I still have not received my refund! Please advice on this.
