A2 Anyone willing to push the narrative of emotion equating weakness benefits. It doesn’t take much to undermine someone’s authority with well placed rumor about qualities of weakness. #womenEdleaders

A1. The assumption presumes emotion equates to weakness. It’s emotion that separates us from robots/inanimate objects. The word “emotional” is substituted for “weak”; no one who gives of themselves as deeply as an educator is weak. I disagree with the assumption #womenEdleaders
