I learned this lesson the hard way with my oldest child, who is autistic. At the time, he was enrolled in public school before I became aware of ESA funding, which allows parents to direct the state education funds that would typically go to public schools toward a private school of their choice. Since then, my younger son has attended a specialized autism school for the past eight years, where he has fortunately never experienced anything like this.

@AbbyJohnson So disturbing. How have we not seen the utter depravity of humanity up until now.
It is like we read the stories in the Bible where the high priests authorize Saul to drag followers of Jesus out to kill them and we thought it was not real. Our ONLY hope is in Jesus.

This is absolutely insane.
Not surprising in the slightest but still completely nuts. AI systems can now override the driver, lock out the controls, or make the car undrivable right in the middle of traffic. All while lecturing us about safety and then reporting our behavior to some unknown third party. The same tech that claims to prevent accidents is perfectly capable of causing them by seizing control at the worst possible moment, then snitching on you afterward. That’s not safety. That’s surveillance dressed up as protection.
