Kenny Gainwell โ O 2 Receiving Targets
Gainwell has emerged as the clear receiving-back option in the Bucsโ backfield, averaging 4 targets per game over his last three games. With the Cowboys likely to bring pressure against the rookie QB, I expect Tampa Bay to rely on quick checkdowns, which should give Gainwell plenty of opportunities in the passing game.
Jalon Daniels โ O 29.5 Rushing Yards
Daniels is a highly elusive dual-threat QB who showed his rushing upside last week, carrying the ball 8 times for 55 yards against Green Bay. With Dallas likely to apply consistent pressure against the rookie, I expect Daniels to have several opportunities to escape the pocket and pick up yards with his legs.
If he gets around 8โ10 rushing attempts again, he should have a strong chance to clear 30 yards. His ability to extend plays and scramble makes this a favorable matchup for his rushing prop.
Chris Godwin โ O 2.5 Receptions
Godwin already showed strong chemistry with Daniels last week, hauling in 6 receptions on 7 targets. He was particularly effective on quick-hitting routes from the slot, an area where I expect Tampa Bay to attack again in this matchup.
Dallas should bring plenty of pressure, which could lead to more quick throws and short completions to Godwin. He has also cleared this 3-reception line in every game this season, making this one of my favorite spots on the board.
Dak Prescott & CeeDee Lamb Stack
The Bucsโ run defense has been surprisingly stout this season, ranking as a top-5 unit while allowing just 1 rushing TD through four weeks. I expect the Cowboys to generate most of their chunk plays through the air, especially with CeeDee Lamb coming off a historic Week 4 performance with 17 catches for 189 yards. I expect Prescott and Lamb to connect frequently again in this matchup.
Cowboys - ML
The Cowboys are at home against a struggling Bucs team that will be starting a rookie QB with just one start under his belt. He now faces an improved Dallas defense and a Cowboys team that is playing some of its best football as they hit their midseason form. Iโm backing Dallas to take care of business at home.
