Another Mothers Day is upon us. A day that can be so full of love and so sad for others It’s a day I used to love. It’s a day that now makes me beyond sad. I’ll be thinking of the one and only Rory, who made me a mum. #bereavedmum #mothersday

I had some of the message from the last card I had from Rory tattooed onto my arms.

On one side, he thanks me for being the best mum ever. The other side where he panics because he bought the wrong card and once home just scores it out to be mother’s day instead of birthday.

Of all the things I have ever done in my life, being a mum was the best. To lose my Rory. 8 long, awful years without that smile, laugh, cheek, that awesome hug. I’m broken hearted every day, I keep myself as busy as I can but days like today, hurt like hell Rory, 19 forever.💔

I am knackered. Eek. Laird did his 12.5 miles / 20km in one go. I needed a few days in between but was encouraged / shamed into finishing with him today. If anyone else can spare a pound or two it would be greatly appreciated.
