@Markmar73392337 @TheDeesideDon The thing is we need workers now. The Brexit deal we got resulted in a huge number of our labour force leaving the UK, particularly in farming and hospitality as they were no longer welcome. That left a gap in the labour market. Which drive wage prices up.
