@gonoise and @SupportNoise being the largest seller in India can't address the consumer's concerns and issues. I will surely take a legal approach but really wish to get the issue resolved without that. But the noise team is either not responsible or their motive is cheat people.

Thoughtful about the way @gonoise is handling the complaint and issues. Delivered a product which might have manufacturing defect...then in replacement just sent me downgraded product which is not again functional.
