Hav Gajendra, a highly qualified battlefield medic, rushed to the aid of an injured soldier. This was done without regard for his own safety, despite the injured soldier repeatedly warning him not to come closer. True to his calling, Hav Gajendra pressed on to provide life-saving medical aid and assist in evacuation. In the process, he was shot while performing his duty.

1. We can’t eat raw methi. 100g of Cooked methi has 5-6 g (it’s mostly water absorbed during the cooking process).

2. Plus who exactly is eating 100g of cooked methi 😳 it will be quite bitter. That is why we just eat dal/chana/rajma (same family, same level of protein)
