I hope after the monsoon session DP returns to Sambalpur and focuses on the development works going on here. Lot of issues pending. Roads are in terrible condition. We are still waiting for a municipal election. AIIMS Sambalpur land allocation is stalled for unknown reasons.

It is painful to see young students from different parts of the country assembled for days on the streets of New Delhi. Their anxieties and concerns regarding the examination system are genuine and must be handled with empathy and a desire to find a lasting solution. I fervently hope that this is not treated merely as a law-and-order issue to be tackled through the use of force. It is very painful to see that even young girls were brutally mishandled.
Such use of force shall alienate large sections of Indian society from the national goal of Viksit Bharat.

DP has been exploited by Modi-Shah in almost all major state elections. He has delivered results too. He should have been made the pres of the party instead of keeping him in charge of such a sensitive ministry. You can't expect a person to perform everywhere.

There is nothing wrong in a minister resigning by taking moral responsibility. Noone is asking Modi to make RaGa the edu min. It will only be another BJP leader. So why the fuss? DP is not responsible for the leaks. But there should be moral accountability as always.

I still don't think CJP protest is as big as 2011 protests but this is diff because it's the 1st one in the entire Modi rule that has somehow got support from everyone. Modi should have just done a cabinet reshuffle after returning from NZ tour & none of this would have happened.
