मैं आम तौर पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसलों पर कमेंट नहीं करता, जिसका केस है, वह बोलता है, पर अगर फैसला बेज़ुबान के खिलाफ हो, तो उनकी आवाज तो उठानी पड़ेगी.
कोर्ट का आदेश व्यावहारिक नहीं है, अमानवीय है.   कौन सा आवारा कुत्ता आक्रामक है, इसका फैसला कौन करेगा ? इसलिए मुझे लगता है कि कोर्ट का आदेश बेजुबान जानवरों पर जुल्म का रास्ता खोलेगा.
एनिमल एक्टिविस्ट मेनका गांधी का विचार ठीक है. अगर आवारा कुत्तों की आबादी को कम करना है तो रास्ता एक ही है. बड़े पैमाने पर नसबंदी की जानी चाहिए.
