I'm learning that not every symptom means "I'm just getting older."
Sometimes it's hormones.
Sometimes it's #perimenopause.
Sometimes it's both.

Perimenopause… I don't ever remember my grandma, aunties, or mama talking about this. 😩
The night sweats.
The mood swings.
