@ALLVOLNEWS We just won three games in a row, two of those on the road. And we just lost by 3 points to a good team at a tough place to play…. without one of our starters at full health. Let’s take a breath.
@TCEonSGPN Not sure that makes sense. Those players aren’t winning in the CFP with their G5 teams — they’re transferring to P4 programs.
If G5 teams belonged in the playoff every year, why wouldn’t those players stay?
@TheColbyD Right. 2025 Oregon is not the same as 2024 Ohio State. Again, apples to oranges.
Bottom line: G5 auto-bids are a wasted spot. They’ll never be title contenders. And yes, p4 at-larges are hit/miss too, but much more likely to compete. Vandy/Oregon would’ve been 10x better.
@TheColbyD I’m actually not even sure what these two goons are saying… But comparing JMU/Oregon to the Tennessee/Ohio St last year is not apples to apples.
@TheColbyD Because everyone knew there was not a single team in the country that wouldn’t have gotten roasted by Ohio State in that first round. Cannot say the same about this year’s Oregon squad.
Fact: the Ole Miss-Tulane first quarter was more competitive than the first quarters of Ohio State-Tennessee and Ohio State-Oregon last year. Did anybody say the Ducks and Vols shouldn't have been there?
The Titans beat the Browns, but in his third week starting Shedeur Sanders looks better and more comfortable at quarterback than Cam Ward has in any of his 13 starts.
Discussing Cam Ward, his stats, or his future as a Titan is absolute nonsense.
QB competition if what continues?? His WR1 was Van Jefferson yesterday.
He’s our guy for the foreseeable future. Period.
Tennessee has the best athletics program in the nation and IT'S NOT EVEN CLOSE.
