When we are ourselves, truly ourselves, and refuse to bend to what others try to shape us into, we get as close as possible to who we were created to be. Life isn’t about pleasing everyone else. It’s about living in alignment with yourself. When you do that, the right people find their happiness in your presence, not your performance.
To me, one of the best lessons we could learn from David Lynch is to stop demanding explanations of every piece of art from the artist who made it and instead let the art talk and decide what it means individually to you. What a richer way to experience the world.

God speaks to us through music. Sufi mystic Hazrat Inayat Khan said music is the “Divine Art,” a roadmap to spiritual connection. There’s a reason some songs take us on a transcendental journey and resonate on a soul level.

Regardless of if our parents, family, culture, society, community, relationships imprinted certain things on us that created certain internal wiring or templates, we still are the ones responsible for changing those circuits, wiring, patterns and our energy to align ourselves.
To individuate, one must formulate one’s own world view and forge one’s own values based not on dogma, tradition, or blind faith, but on experience and one’s own insights.~Keiron Le Grice
Imagine what a different world it would be if more people took responsibility for the energy they put out.
It’s hard to believe what a difference cleaning up your own baggage can make. But our thoughts and emotional patterns imprint upon the mental plane that we all live in.
'If you stay still for a moment, maybe you can sense a silent goodness running through your life, an undercurrent that's always here but so easy to miss in the daily rush and constant striving.' - AM
“We grow into thinking of the greater good, not just our own personal good. We begin to recognize that there is a greater life that is happening. We don’t need to be number one and egotistical all the time, but to learn to cooperate and work together for mutual benefit.”
