Made it my life’s mission to become the Taliban’s worst nightmare:
A highly educated Afghan woman.
First, Columbia University at the top of my class, and now Oxford University.
Give Afghan girls one chance and see what they can achieve.
England has quietly become one of the most exciting sparkling wine regions in the world.
Traditional method. Long ageing. Cool-climate precision.
Nyetimber helped put English sparkling wine on the map, and it’s still made here in its vineyards in West Sussex.
99% of the wine consumed in England is imported.
Yet there are now over 1,000 vineyards producing award-winning wine on home soil, with sales growing year on year.
If just 5% of the market shifted to local producers, that's around £750 million a year staying here.

@EdBevanCricket Absolutely agree. It is very good to be able to watch it on the live stream as well. I genuinely believe that the battingfest of T20 will have its day.
@philsteele1@GlamCricket I can’t disagree with you Phil (other than Lord’s!). I studied law at Nottingham and Trent Bridge was my relief from studies during the summer months!
@IanPlayfair Excellent news Ian, thank you for your hard work. I look forward to receiving my copy, already pre-ordered, and taking it to Lord’s on 3 April.
@JANUSZCZAK I studied the H of A at Uni. The subject is completely misunderstood. When studying H of A you view history through the lens of artist. In order to understand art you have to grasp of social, economic and political history. But some think it is just looking at pictures.
