Communities exist whether you like it or not. A community in the real world is everyone who spends most of their time or sleeps in a defined geographical area. In the world of online, a community is often the group who echo your ideas, reinforce your beliefs, confirm your bias and don't criticise you.
A real world community that you engage with teaches tolerance and relationship & human nature.
Online communities are more likely to breed intolerance, ignorance and distrust.

@sarstax cannot issue tax directives for lump sum payments because its calculator is broken. Can someone lend them an abacus or log tables, please? If I could access my money, I would buy them fresh batteries. @sarstax did you try turning them around?

Disrupted services lead to people dropping out & stopping treatment. Often, they end up back on the streets, vulnerable, drug dependent, & re-traumatised. The trust that took time to develop has been betrayed. No waiver can save anyone from what is already done. 2/2

Many ppl in #harmreduction were traumatised & criminalised by the American-led & sponsored war on drugs and were employed as peers. US funding cuts mean they lost their income, their medical and social support services and, for some, their purpose, without notice. 1/2

Never use @MTNza . Three years ago my daughter emigrated and cancelled her account. After a year, I was still being charged, and I cancelled it again. I was contacted two years ago about upgrading, and I said the account was cancelled. Every month they charge me R180 for NOTHING.

I have tried to call @MTN for 6 months, and no one has answered. I cancelled the debit order, and now, with no warning, @MTN has listed me with the credit bureau. I have been waiting for someone to answer my call for 2 hours. I am still waiting.
