@Uber_Australia
I left a bag in an uber in Sydney today. I reported it. The driver has found the bag. Uber is now telling me to call the driver, but the system is blocking my calls. I need his number, or give him my details - I need Uber to help me do that, what should i do?
One response to the incoming recession is to set up Community Food Stores - healthy cheap food without the stigma by pooling buying power & using surplus stocks to reduce household costs - like this mobile version we’ve launched in partnership with others on the Isle of Sheppey.
Great piece of research showing how chatbots which appear 'too human' can make customers angry, by creating unrealistically high expectations. Surely a lesson that's far from new, and an outcome that was far from surprising. A clas…https://t.co/dISeJZkZ50 https://t.co/ItznTTrcYZ
@NailProvidence No I don’t think so. I think it’s creative judgement. ‘Taste’ is all about you, but judgement is something you exercise (rightly) on behalf of the target audience? After all, this isn’t art, it’s business.
New Children in Need data reveals an alarming number of children at risk in England over the last year:

But also a 31% drop in referrals via schools during lockdowns! https://t.co/HbRrXrF0iQ
Oasis Restore - opening 2022 - will employ youth workers rather than guards, have bedrooms not cells, lay on activities during evenings rather than locking its students (not offenders) up, and continue to support each one long beyond their stay with us.https://t.co/52XS6XARg3
The importance of Context in advertising: Here’s an ad from long standing Pride supporter Budweiser that out of context, on Twitter, caused quite a furore. Yet in context, on the billboard where it appeared in the borough of Queens, NYC, it comes across q…https://t.co/0jNZD9EAy5
Repairing the lives of ‘problem’ kids turns out not to be a cost, but an investment that pays off handsomely, both financially and ethically: listen to this
Listen to Marianne, Phoenix Angel, Jake and Salem - 4 extraordinary Oasis students - on @bbc5live (starts at 7 mins 15 secs) as they are interviewed by Naga. What do their powerful and moving stories tell us about the role of education and inclusion? https://t.co/40q4SpyHbu
To imprison a broken young person, punish them for the childhood they’ve suffered & then to wonder why it didn’t transform them; that’s what our society has called youth justice. We’re looking 4 an outstanding educationalist to join our revolution of love https://t.co/SKZkB5EtNn
We are very happy about the return of our 32,000 children to Oasis schools from tomorrow morning. For the vast majority it’s a huge step forward, not just for what society has traditionally called their education, but even more importantly for their physical & emotional fitness.
Let’s get schools open for all children and students as soon as possible. Please sign the https://t.co/DtdnEDbkPm petition today.
Support the growing call to vaccinate all school staff to get schools open and end educational poverty!
Thank you!
A loaf of bread, a bag of pasta, a can of baked beans, some cheese, 3 apples, 2 carrots, a tomato, 2 baked potatoes, 2 bananas, 2 malt loaf snacks & 3 snack size tubes of fromage frais!
That’s it! A disgrace! £5 of food, while a #FSM company bag £30 from govt to provide it!
