@AskPS_UK hi ps support. I am unhappy with the service received during a refund request. I raised the request in November and still not resolved. This is not the level of service anyone should expect from a company like yours. Please assist with this.

@AskPS_UK Well that call was a waste of time. I now have to re-download the game and take screen shots of the game now working then send through to support. Then they will asses this again before considering my refund. I am not impressed with the lack of support for my issue.

@AskPS_UK It is getting beyond a joke now. I paid £89.99 for a game with early access (Battlefield 2042) and I have been unable to play the game. Why is it so hard to just process my refund. I placed the request within the 14 days of purchase yet nothing but hassle. Not impressed.

@AskPS_UK Hi support. I have. Twice with no reply. We have been back and forth with me asking for the refund and providing the legal grounds. With support asking I follow specific steps to fix the game, which I have completed. Now I have not heard anything from them since before Christmas
