@CaliforniaFrizz@DailyMail I have no idea who you are, either personally or publicly however, the more tweets/posts that I read of yours (most often in response to gutter press), I have the upmost respect for you!!
Keep doing you 💛
It clearly pisses some people off but that’s their problem!
If you have ever felt overwhelmed, tearful, anxious or even angry in the run up to your period, then you might have experienced premenstrual syndrome (PMS). Some women can also experience a very severe form of PMS known as premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), which has very similar symptoms but much more intense.
You may have wondered why this happens, and it’s usually linked to the changing hormone levels that occur throughout your cycle. I explain more about this in this video.
It has become very normalised that women should feel this way but, if it is impacting your day to day, there are routes you can take for treatment. It may be worth speaking to your healthcare professional to discuss options which usually include taking body identical hormones . Before doing so, keep a diary of your symptoms and menstrual cycle for a month as this will be useful in your consultation. The free period tracker on my @balanceMeno app is a good option for this.
I haven’t followed Paul’s storyline on @itvcorrie due to losing my Dad to #MND. I did, however, speak to the wonderful Daniel Brocklebank on my grief podcast.
So much awareness has been raised. Huge congrats to everyone involved 💙🧡 #CoronationStreet

The best form of health insurance is lifting weights, eating a high-protein diet, doing daily walking in the sun and investing in meaningful relationships.
@The_JamesJordan I suspected this might happen, I’m sure it’d be ok if they we’re getting a cut 🙄 wokeness gone mad!!! Nothing wrong with your name but maybe ‘The harsh truth’ would have a better ring 😂 anyway, feck em, keep doing you ❤️

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old,
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun, and in the morning,
We will remember them.
