**POPLAR BLUFF'S ROBBIE MYERS APPOINTED TO MISSOURI STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION**
The Butler County Emergency Management Agency Director is joining a state board.
Missouri Governor Mike Kehoe tells KWOC News that Robbie Myers has been appointed to the Missouri State Board of Education.
Before serving as the Butler County EMA director, Myers previously worked as the vice president of administration and government affairs at Three Rivers College and served as a Butler County commissioner for over a decade.
Myers was also a gubernatorial appointee to the Missouri 2020 Complete Count Committee, a member of the Missouri Community College Association's Presidents and Chancellors Council, and a board member of the Missouri Health Care Coalition.
This is Todd “Let’s Roll” Beamer, who died heroically while trying to retake United Flight 93 from Al Qaeda terrorists on 9/11. His final resting place, is in Cranbury, NJ — where he was living with his wife and children before his murder. Cranbury is located in NJ-12, where the new Democratic nominee for Congress is Adam Hamawy.
Hamawy was a close associate and translator to Omar Abdel-Rahman, aka the ‘Blind Sheikh,’ an arch terrorist convicted of masterminding multiple plots against targets in NYC — including the World Trade Center. Hamawy testified at Adbel-Rahman’s trial, as a defense witness.
It has also been reported that Hamawy traveled to Bosnia to volunteer at an organization that was later unmasked as an Al Qaeda front group.
One of Hamawy’s loudest and most high-profile supporters and endorsers has openly declared that America deserved the 9/11 attacks.
Hamawy is now the prohibitive frontrunner to represent Todd Beamer’s district in the United States Congress.
Maybe I’m unreasonable, but I would choose to not eat there. Same thing with charging a fee to use a credit card. Why not offer a discount for cash payment? See how much friendlier that sounds? Never punish your patrons. Always reward them.
Congratulations to Governor Kehoe on an outstanding appointment to the State Board of Education. What a savvy pick by our Governor.

@themikemars The merchant that doesn’t see the psychology of offering a discount vs. charging a surcharge, is the dumb one. I punish stupidity. If you don’t like credit cards, then just post “cash only”. Perfectly acceptable.
You’re ignoring the psychology. Adding a surcharge is “punishing” the patron. Offering a discount is rewarding the patron. A merchant that doesn’t see this, irritates me because of their stupidity or even worse, their arrogance. I try to pay cash for all dining, because it helps small business, whether there is a discount or not.
