Selected from more than 10,000 submissions across 68 countries, The Lindemann was one of just 75 projects worldwide to earn a Gold Trophy.
Designed by REX to push the boundaries of performance, the 101,000-square-foot facility features a revolutionary Main Performance Hall that can transform into five distinct stage-audience configurations through an intricate system of suspended seating gantries, motorized lifts, telescoping risers, and acoustic panels. The result is one of the world's most flexible and technologically advanced performance venues, supporting everything from orchestral concerts to experimental media productions.

In Massachusetts, the Town of Wellesley’s new Hardy Elementary School has officially achieved LEED Gold certification. Designed as a next-generation, net-zero-ready learning environment, the 365-student K–5 school delivers meaningful environmental impact while creating inspiring spaces for students and educators alike.
The $72.5 million project features collaborative learning neighborhoods, a STEAM lab, two-story library, media center, outdoor classrooms, and specialized spaces that support diverse learning styles and sensory needs.
Key sustainability outcomes include:
• 42.7% carbon reduction
• 30%+ reduction in water use
• 89% of construction waste diverted from landfills

Goel Center for Creativity & Performance—the future home of the American Repertory Theater at Harvard University—is one of the largest mass timber performing arts buildings in North America, bringing together advanced mass timber construction, complex acoustic performance requirements, and highly coordinated prefabrication within a design-forward cultural space.
Designed by Haworth Tompkins and ARC/Architectural Resources Cambridge, the 86,000-square-foot facility is taking shape through an extraordinary level of planning, technical precision, and collaboration.

In Norwood, Massachusetts, the FM Science and Technology Center, Americas is taking shape as a next-generation, 320,000-square-foot research and development hub. In partnership with Hobbs Brook Real Estate and Payette, the project is transforming a 17-acre campus through a bold redevelopment centered on sustainability, performance, and long-term resiliency.
Designed as a fully electric facility, the campus integrates 221 geothermal wells, resilient utility infrastructure, a high-performance façade system, and a 930-space precast parking structure—all delivered through complex coordination, advanced prefabrication, and precision execution across the site.

The John B.
