🚨 Kim Kardashian finally opens up about why her marriage to Kanye West ultimately fell apart.
🎙️ Kim Kardashian: “Kanye has always had a very strong and dominant personality, and over time, that became difficult for me to deal with. I’ve built my own career, influence, and financial success, but he still wanted to make it clear that he was the husband and expected to be treated a certain way.
Even when I asked him to handle something simple, he would remind me that he was the father of my children. I understood his role, but sometimes the constant need to assert it became frustrating. Eventually, the differences between us became too much to ignore.”
🚨BREAKING: 🇺🇸Donald Trump apologized to 🇳🇬President Tinubu for the unfounded accusations made over the past year. According to Trump, he "was wrong with the Nigerian authorities' culpability regarding the current terrorism situation in the country." Moreover, the American president called Tinubu a "friend" and a "good guy."
🚨 Laurence Stewart will leave Chelsea as co-sporting director by mutual consent, as first called by @Matt_Law_DT and @NizaarKinsella. Not an immediate departure, so still expected to be around at some games.
Amicable exit that was decided in the last few weeks following talks between Stewart and Behdad Eghbali.
Paul Winstanley, Sam Jewell and Joe Shields will now all be sporting directors on equal footing.
Winstanley has responsibility for all areas including transfer negotiations, player contracts and different Cobham departments (Medical, Performance, Operations etc.).
Shields oversees the Academy and player pathways and many of his day-to-day tasks align with a traditional technical director.
Jewell also has wider responsabilities across Strasbourg/BlueCo.
Seen as a natural evolution of the sporting model, with discussions over a new structure starting in April and accelerating following the arrival of Xabi Alonso. Eghbali had said in April, "You tweak a model, you improve, you learn...".
Stewart had overseen investment in data analysis, but this area of the business has been used more by Jewell and Shields due to their expertise in scouting and talent ID.
Dave Fallows remains in his current role, which is more remote and advisory comparative to others in the sporting leadership team.
His Majesty Ògíamẹ̀ Atúwàtse III, CFR, the 21st Olu of Warri, has completed his first visit to Israel as part of a high-level Christian leaders’ delegation.
The visit, organised by Bishop Robert Stearns of Eagles’ Wings, brought together about 550 Christian leaders from 51 nations. It took place during Sukkot and around the third anniversary of the October 7 attacks. Participants met Israeli leaders and soldiers and attended the Awake Jerusalem worship festival. Her Majesty Olori Atuwatse III was also part of the Nigerian presence on the trip.
In an interview with The Jerusalem Post at the Tower of David in Jerusalem, His Majesty reflected on peace, unity, and the lessons Israel and Nigeria can share.
“The sooner we all heal and allow things to flow from a healed heart, the world can only be a better place,” he said.
He described peace as more than the absence of conflict, rooted instead in “Hearts. Vision. Perception,” and in connection with the Creator. His main takeaway from the visit was that “there is so much more that unites than divides.” Pointing to Nigeria’s many tribes, cultures, and faiths, he said that yielding to unity can produce “a really beautiful tapestry,” the same appeal he sees in Jerusalem.
Beyond the spiritual bond—noting that Christianity has its roots in Judaism—His Majesty highlighted practical opportunities for partnership between Israel and African nations in education, technology, infrastructure, and security.
“Things are first spiritual before they’re physical,” he said, “so that’s why I believe there are so many opportunities for partnership between Israel and the African continent.”
The Kingdom of Warri welcomes this engagement as part of His Majesty’s ongoing work to strengthen international relationships and bring the voice and heritage of the Itsekiri people to the global stage.
