@AskFrontier I’m confused. I have to use the hotspot because your service is down and you won’t repair it for over a week due to under staffing but I am held financially accountable? I will take an account credit, where do I send my info?
@AskFrontier Are you guys going to compensate me for my AT&T hotspot overages due to my 8 days waiting on a service tech? Looks like it will be about $50, who do I contact to get that squared away? Thanks!
@AskFrontier I live in an area with 3.8 million people, not a remote fishing village. Why is Frontier so significantly understaffed? Rhetorical question but I'm extremely frustrated as this is causing relocating two personal functions, preventing working from home, and more...
@AskFrontier My home has been without internet since 10/15 and I am supposed to wait until 10/22 for a tech to get out here to repair the service. Waiting a week in the greater Seattle area for a tech appt is absurd, this is costing me time and money. Can anything be done?
@AskFrontier The follow up on this was effectively "sorry, wait until the 22nd". It's too bad customer service is not a priority, I'm out a significant amount of time and money because #Frontier thinks a week is a reasonable amount of time to address a problem with their service.
@SChristy16 It's too bad there aren't more options out there (yay oligopolies). I'm pretty sure Comcast and Frontier collude to provide the lowest possible level of service at the highest possible cost. A week to repair their service is insane, in any other field they'd be out of business.
All-time-highs attract new people who buy and then get spooked by price dips. Help them to first invest in education about the technology, instead of speculation. #Bitcoin https://t.co/h0CmrKImXI
@rory_macdonald Why support #BCash and not #Bitcoin? BCash is a malicious cash grab haphazardly put together by a few people trying to exploit Bitcoin's name and will be completely obsolete in a few months (which is why they're trying to hijack the Bitcoin name).
