Recommendation to athletes of all levels

Workout intensity isn’t > self care

Going 💯 all the time is a recipe for injury and possible burn out

Going easier/taking a week off from time to time, isn’t going to impede your progress. It might actually make you better

Joint stability & mobility
Skilled movement
Muscular endurance

Ground force reaction is necessary for both pitchers and hitters

If you don’t believe me, try to jump straight up and throw a ball or swing a bat
