May 1st is always a mix of excitement, pride, and a little bit of “how did we get here so fast?” Watching these students grow into young men and young women, explore their options, and ultimately choose their path has been incredible. Best of luck, Class of 2026!

Marian Central Catholic High School is hiring a School Counselor for the 2026-27 school year! The position will work with two classes (freshmen and juniors next year) and move with them throughout their four years, giving a caseload of roughly 125-165 total students.
This position would be perfect for someone looking to transition to a smaller school and make a more significant impact with students, a recent School Counseling grad, or even a retiree who isn't really ready to fully retire. Please reach out to me with any questions!

Our @MarianCentral kids are absolutely amazing! Whether it’s 2-year or 4-year, a trade program, joining the military (or an academy), or going straight into the workforce, I am here for them each and every step of the journey! Can’t wait to learn each of their final decisions!
One of the best work ethics I’ve ever seen in a high school student-athlete! Tough, committed, and a leader! A definite steal for whatever college gets him!
I am beyond proud of Dan for his work ethic, his integrity, and his passion! I am beyond grateful for having gotten to know Dan and build a relationship with him through Advisory and football! I can’t wait to continue to follow his journey and support him every step of the way!
Dan has been selected as a recipient of the 2026 National Football Foundation Chicago Metro Chapter Scholar-Athlete Award, a recognition that celebrates excellence in the classroom, leadership & performance on the field, as well as meaningful contributions to the community.
