@poitrasCBC I understand the numbers aspect, govern numbers, not land masses - but it's odd when our (Fred-Grand Lake) tax dollars (property) fund different projects - city vs rural. Our kids don't go to the same schools; different issues entirely, really. I've never even been to Chipman.

@DevInTheLab If he went off both feet for more an awkward jumper it would be fine, but jumping of the right foot makes it a travel, no? He lifts the pivot (left) to jump off the right foot - therefore travel. I could be wrong, but that’s my understanding.
