@R1ghtUpLeftDown If you still have your old Xbox One, try logging into that (may have to update the game first) but the missing coins should instantly appear. Then it should be fixed on your Series X/S as well. If you exhausted all other options, you can try this, it worked for me.

Luckily I was finally able to get one yesterday from the MS drop but I checked the link after I got one and it literally sold out within like 45 seconds. Just stay signed in with payment info saved.
