@Ramakantprajap4 I was also a @oneplus user once , but when I got to know about their services so I switch to @realmeIndia , they have value for money phones and they take care of their customers query or any concern regarding device i think we should dumb @OnePlus_IN and switch to @realmeIndia

@Flipkart is Scamster they have said about open box if there is any issue then you can go and visit to your nearest brand authorised service center but in case there is a internal defect so here I can return the product or you should give refund simple as that.
