@pipislayer_vt Good luck! I had an outage for 5 days a few months ago. ISP live chat wasn't bad but had to chase for info. Cables under roads needed to be repaired. Online status predicted 14 days so I was stressed for a bit. Keep hounding your ISP and check for refund terms. Hope this works 🤞🏽
