Day 140+ of trying to get @discord_support to actually help me instead of getting generic bot responses or nothing at all. I have submitted an official “Written Notice” dispute per your terms of service and 20 days later still nothing. I know y’all are busy but come on.

@discord_support I’ve been trying since March to get an actual human to respond to me. All I get is generic automated responses that do not help my situation. Or my ticket gets marked “solved” before someone actually helps. I just want a human to reply to me or my tickets.
