This is the worst experience I ever had on @Swiggy @SwiggyCares . I order my food at 11:15 PM & after 1 hour they cancelled my order by telling the excuse that they forgot the update the status and now can't track the order. Don't know what to order now at 12:25 AM.

Most of the restaurant is closed now. We are hungry that's why we choosed to order. I also have one membership and that's how they treat their subscribed users. @Swiggy .Please tell me if a refund is just the best way to compensate. Do I eat money now in the middle of the night.
