@JLRINVESTIGATES No, I don't think the shooter is a professional. A person's neck is not a trained-for kill zone. I'd say his intended target was Charlie's head! He didn't know specifics of his weapon, nor, how to calculate for the [bullet] drop at that distance. That's an amateur.
