My boyfriend and I recently went to Florida and stayed in an Airbnb. On our last night we found black mold in multiple locations of the condo. I contacted Airbnb & our host and the host said I wasn’t “deserving” of a refund because we completed the stay.

She gave me a negative review and said I was a liar and it was just “normal” mildew. I made a complaint to the state of Florida health department, and low & behold our hosts didn’t have the proper documentation to run said Airbnb. Overall 0/10 experience with Airbnb & won’t ever
