@MoHU_En Please look into Motawif, videos are being circulated of poor treatment and organisation from Motwaif of pilgrims that had to book with them.

The booking process was also a nightmare for so many people.

For myself.. my application with them is still “pending”, too late now ofc.

@Motawif_SA Still pending but alhamdulillah, Motawif have shown how poor their management is, hearing multiple stories where people have paid & not being able fly out after going to the airport, & other hujjaj entering saudi that have paid for platinum packages and then are in a 2star hotel

@Motawif_SA This has been a stressful process right from the start: can you pleaase explain why my status is still pending like 1000s of others?? I have had no emails or texts; this has been an appalling process to book hajj, especially as I’ve been trying to go since 2020
