”جعلی پارلیمنٹ کے ذریعے چھبیسویں کے بعد ستائیسویں ترمیم لانے کا تکلف کرنے کی بجائے کھل کر “بادشاہت” ڈکلئیر کر دینی چاہییے، کیونکہ ملک پر اس وقت مکمل طور پر ڈکٹیٹرشپ مسلط ہے-

پاکستان کی بنیاد “لا الہ الا اللہ” ہے- یہ کلمہ انسان کو ہر قسم کی غلامی سے آزادی دیتا ہے- پاکستان کو بڑی قربانیاں دے کر انگریز سے آزاد کروایا گیا تاکہ ایک ایسا ملک بنے جہاں ہر شہری کو شخصی آزادی حاصل ہو- مگر یہاں حالات بالکل برعکس ہیں اور ایک مافیا پوری قوم کو غلامی میں مبتلا رکھنا چاہتا ہے۔ میں جیل کی کال کوٹھڑی میں رہ لوں گا لیکن غلامی قبول نہیں کروں گا۔ میرا تمام لوگوں کو پیغام ہے کہ سب کو ایسی غلامی پر قید کو ترجیح دینی چاہیئے کیونکہ جب ہم باہر آزاد ہی نہیں ہیں تو پھر ایسی رہائی کا کیا فائدہ؟ علامہ اقبال کا شاہین اونچا اڑتا ہے، وہ کسی کا غلام بن کر نہیں رہتا-

پوری قوم خصوصاً تحریک انصاف کے ورکرز اور سپورٹرز کو پیغام دیتا ہوں کہ ملک میں جاری ظلم کے نظام کے خلاف تحریک کا آغاز کریں۔ میرے لیے اس غلامی کے نظام کو قبول کرنے سے بہتر موت ہے۔

میری آواز ہر طرح سے دبائی جا رہی ہے تا کہ لوگوں تک میرا پیغام نہ پہنچ سکے اور جبر کے خلاف کوئی کھڑا ہونے والا نہ بچے۔ لیکن میں آخری سانس تک ظلم کے خلاف کھڑا رہوں گا- اور میرا اپنے رب پر یقین ہے کہ پاکستان سے ظلم کا سایہ جلد ختم ہو گا-

جمہوریت میں چار چیزوں کی بہت اہمیت ہوتی ہے: ووٹ کا حق، قانون کی حکمرانی، اخلاقیات اور آزاد میڈیا- چھبیسویں آئینی ترمیم نے ان چاروں کو ختم کر کے رکھ دیا ہے-

۱: ووٹ کا حق: جب ایک ڈکٹیٹر آتا ہے تو اسے ووٹ کی ضرورت نہیں ہوتی تو وہ ڈنڈے کے زور پر ملک چلاتا ہے- جس طرح فارم 47 والی اسمبلیاں بنائی گئیں اور اب مخصوص نشستیں بانٹی گئیں اس سے عوام کو یہ احساس دلایا گیا ہے کہ ان کے ووٹ کی کوئی اہمیت نہیں ہے۔

۲: قانون کی حکمرانی: عدلیہ کو حکومت کے ایک ذیلی محکمے میں تبدیل کر دیا گیا ہے۔ عدالتیں اپنی مرضی کے ججز سے بھر دی گئی ہیں اور آزاد ججز کے ہاتھ پاؤں باندھ دئیے گئے ہیں- ایسا صرف مارشل لاء میں ہی ہوتا ہے۔

۳: معاشرے کی اخلاقیات: اس ترمیم سے معاشرے میں اخلاقیات دفن کر دی گئی ہیں۔ اسمبلیوں میں ایسے لوگ بٹھا دئیے گئے ہیں جو عوام کے منتخب نمائندے نہیں ہیں- ارکان اسمبلی کی کھلے عام خرید و فروخت جاری ہے- اور عدلیہ بھی اسی مافیا کے انگوٹھے کے نیچے ہے-

۴: آزاد میڈیا: ڈکٹیٹرشپ میں میڈیا کو مکمل طور پر زنجیروں میں جکڑ دیا گیا ہے۔ آزادی اظہار رائے پر مکمل پابندی عائد ہے۔ آزاد صحافیوں کو نشانہ بنایا جا رہا ہے اور باقیوں کو خرید لیا گیا ہے-

وفاق کی سنجیدگی کا یہ عالم ہے کہ ہم پچھلے سال سے دہشتگردی کے خلاف استعمال ہونے والے سامان کی پیمنٹ کر چکے ہیں، جس سامان کی ابھی تک ہمیں ترسیل نہیں ہوئی۔ دوسری طرف تحریک انصاف کے خلاف جو سامان ضرورت ہو فوری مہیا کیا جاتا ہے ابھی اسلام آباد پولیس کو ماڈرن اے پی سیز فراہم کیے ہیں ہم نے جو اے پی سیز کے لیے پیمنٹ کی ہوئی وہ ہمیں فراہم نہیں کیے جارہے۔ وزیراعلی @SohailAfridiISF

Former Prime Minister Imran Khan's Message – July 8, 2025

“When a nation rises for its rights, no force on earth can suppress it. I remain a free man, even in jail, but my nation is trapped in a prison where there is no independent judiciary, no genuine democracy, and no free media. Every Pakistani must rise up for their true freedom!

For two years, I have remained imprisoned solely for the sake of the Pakistani nation, so that no one can enslave you. Now, the time has come for you to stand up for your own freedom and defeat this oppressive system.

I repeatedly called for dialogue in the best interest of the country. But the time for negotiations has now passed. After the 26th Constitutional Amendment, the rule of law, the Constitution, and the very concept of justice have been buried. Any hope of receiving justice from the courts has been completely extinguished. The Pakistani nation now has only one path forward: a nationwide protest movement. Nothing short of this can pull us out of this quagmire of lawlessness.

A complete roadmap for the nationwide movement will be announced this week. I will have completed two full years of unjust imprisonment on August 5th. One that very day our nationwide protest campaign will be at its peak.

There will be no further negotiations of any kind with anyone anymore! The only path forward is mass protest in the streets, so the nation can rid itself of the puppets forcibly imposed upon it as its rulers.

Let me be clear: any officeholder in Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf who cannot shoulder the weight of this movement should step aside immediately. Those who have submitted to these oppressors must remember: these very people will eventually crush you, and the people will never forgive you either.

Even leaders like Nelson Mandela and Gandhi were allowed to meet other prisoners, read books, and write. I am enduring a form of solitary confinement where I am locked for 22 hours a day in a 6x8 foot cell. Police officers are forbidden from speaking to me. I have been denied books for the past six months. I am not allowed to speak to my children. My lawyers and colleagues cannot visit me. My family is allowed only a few minutes of visitation each week, and many of them are often denied even that. My personal physician has not been allowed to examine me for the past ten months. Even my access to newspapers and television has been cut off for the last week. Books sent by my family are withheld and kept in the superintendent’s office. My wife is also being held in inhumane conditions in solitary confinement.

Behind all of this is the establishment and its pawns. All of this is being done to break me. But I will continue to stand against tyranny until my very last breath.

We restored the constitutional and legal rights of the tribal areas after decades and provided full resources for reconstruction and development. The current regime not only withheld their rightful funds for three years but is now actively working to roll back their constitutional rights, an action that is utterly condemnable. I commend our parliamentarians and representatives for boycotting these unlawful measures.

As for our Punjab MPAs who were suspended for protesting during the fraudulent government’s budget session, the real reason behind it was that their protest against Maryam Nawaz was intolerable for the regime, although it is a long-standing tradition to protest during budget sessions.”

خیبر پختونخوا کے منسٹرز کو اغوا کیا جا رہا ہے، سادہ کپڑوں میں ملبوس غنڈوں کے ذریعے کبھی گولی چلائی جاتی ہے، کبھی اغوا کیا جا رہا ہے، تو یہ ساری چیزیں جو ہیں، اس ملک کو دوسری طرف لے کر جا رہی ہیں اور اس پر غور کرنا چاہیے۔

ہمارا لانگ مارچ ان شاء اللہ تعالیٰ ہر صورت ہوگا۔ ہمارا لانگ مارچ پرامن ہے، چاہے یہ سڑکوں پر کیلیں ٹھوکیں، چاہے سڑکوں پر کنٹینرز رکھیں، یا چاہے گولی چلائیں۔

ان شاء اللہ تعالیٰ اس دفعہ نکلیں گے تو اس کرپٹ نظام کا، ان جعلی حکمرانوں کا once for all بندوبست کریں گے، ان شاء اللہ تعالیٰ۔

Subject: URGENT APPEAL — Detention of Family Members, Violent Police Raid and Denial of Court-Ordered Medical Care

To: International Human Rights Organisations and Relevant Government Authorities

I am writing as a member of Imran Khan’s family to request urgent intervention following the detention of members of my family and a violent police raid on our family homes in Lahore during the night of 20–21 September 2026.

On 20 September, my sister-in-law Aleema Khan was detained under Section 3 of the Maintenance of Public Order Ordinance (3 MPO). Later that night, a large police contingent surrounded our family residence. At approximately 1:30 a.m., police entered the property and forcibly entered the neighbouring home of my cousin, Dr Uzma Khan, reportedly breaking down her bedroom door.

Dr Uzma Khan, Noreen Niazi and Sakeenah Niazi were detained, while household staff and other relatives were also taken away or placed in police vehicles. Police also entered another part of the family home where a woman was with her two young children and attempted to arrest her in their presence. CCTV cameras and DVR equipment were subsequently destroyed. The children were left deeply distressed by what they witnessed.

At approximately 3:45 a.m., Dr Uzma Khan and Noreen Niazi were transferred to jail. At the time of our family statement, their families and lawyers had reportedly been denied access, and we had no contact with Aleema, Uzma or Noreen following their detention.

These events raise serious concerns regarding due process, access to legal counsel, the treatment of women and children, the sanctity of the home, destruction of potential evidence, and the use of state powers against members of a political family.

We urgently call upon your organisation/government to:

Establish immediately the whereabouts, welfare and legal status of all those detained, particularly Aleema Khan, Dr Uzma Khan and Noreen Niazi.
Demand immediate access to lawyers and family members and ensure that all detainees are treated humanely and their fundamental rights are protected.
Seek an independent and impartial investigation into the raid, forced entry, arrests, treatment of women and children, and destruction of CCTV/DVR equipment.
Seek clarification from the Pakistani authorities regarding the legal basis and necessity for these actions, including the use of 3 MPO.
Urge Pakistan to comply with its constitutional and international human-rights obligations, including protections relating to liberty, dignity, due process and access to counsel.
Press urgently for compliance with the Supreme Court of Pakistan’s order of 18 August 2026 concerning Imran Khan’s medical care. The Court ordered his transfer to Shifa International Hospital, Islamabad, within two days for assessment and treatment by a multidisciplinary medical board. That court-directed assessment and treatment have, according to the family, still not been provided.

Our family possesses photographic, audio and other evidence concerning these events and is prepared to make it available to appropriate human-rights bodies and authorities.

We respectfully urge you to raise these matters immediately and directly with the Government of Pakistan and to use all appropriate diplomatic and human-rights mechanisms to protect the detained family members, secure access to their lawyers and families, and ensure compliance with the Supreme Court’s directions concerning Imran Khan’s medical care.

“پوری قوم کو اپنے حقوق کے لیے اٹھنا ہو گا!

غلاموں کی کوئی زندگی نہیں ہوتی، غلام قوم کا کوئی مستقبل نہیں ہوتا!

تمام پاکستانیوں کو ملک پر مسلط ظلم کے نظام کے خلاف حقیقی آزادی کی تحریک کا حصہ بننا چاہیے تاکہ ہم حقیقی معنوں میں ایک آزاد قوم بن سکیں۔ ہم یکجا ہو کر مقابلہ کریں گے تو یہ ظلمت کا نظام ضرور زمین بوس ہو گا!

جب ایک قوم اپنے حق کے لیے خود کھڑی ہو جاتی ہے پھر اس کو کوئی طاقت جھکا نہیں سکتی۔ میں جیل میں بھی آزاد ہوں مگر میری قوم باہر ایک ایسی قید میں ہے جہاں نہ آزاد عدلیہ ہے نہ آزاد جمہوریت نہ ہی آزاد میڈیا۔ تمام پاکستانیوں کو اب اپنی حقیقی آزادی کے لیے باہر نکلنا ہو گا!

یہ لوگ فرعون بنے بیٹھے ہیں، جنہوں نے آپ کو غلام بنا رکھا ہے۔ پاکستانیو سن لو میری بات، آپ دنیا کے سب سے عظیم لیڈر محمد مصطفیٰ ﷺ کی امت ہیں۔ آپ کا کلمہ ہے "لا إله إلا الله" نہیں ہے کوئی خدا سوائے اللّہ کے۔ یاد رکھیں، آپ پچیس کروڑ ہیں! اگر آپ خوف کے سامنے جھُک گئے تو آپ کا کوئی مستقبل نہیں ہے، غلامی سے بہتر موت ہے، پرواز صرف آزاد لوگوں کی ہے۔ قرآن کی آیت ہے کہ جو لوگ ایمان لائے اللّہ ان کے خوف دور کر دیتا ہے، میں ایمان والوں سے کہہ رہا ہوں آپ نے کھڑا ہونا ہے! آزادی کے لیے قربانیاں دینی پڑتی ہیں۔

میں غلامی قبول کرنے پر موت کو ترجیح دیتا ہوں۔ یہ چاہے کچھ بھی کر لیں میں نہ ہی جھکوں گا اور نہ ہی ان کی بیعت کروں گا!

قید تنہائی کاٹنا انتہائی تکلیف دہ عمل ہے لیکن میں یہ صرف اپنی قوم کی خاطر برداشت کر رہا ہوں۔ جب تک قوم خود غلامی کی زنجیریں نہیں توڑتی، پاکستان پر مسلط مافیاز ایسے ہی اس کا استحصال کرتے رہیں گے۔ آپ آج ان کے غلام ہیں، آپ کی نسلیں ان کی نسلوں کی غلام ہوں گی، اگر اس چکر کو توڑنا ہے تو قوم کو خود غلامی کی زنجیریں توڑ کر “حقیقی آزادی” کے لیے کھڑا ہونا ہے!

میرا قوم کے نام پیغام ہے کہ جو قومیں “یا موت یا آزادی” جیسا دو ٹوک اور بے باک نظریہ اپناتی ہیں انہیں حقیقی آزادی کے حصول اور ترقی سے کوئی نہیں روک سکتا، ایسی اصول پسند قومیں ہی سرخرو ہوتی ہیں!

حضرت علی رضی اللہ عنہ کا قول ہے کہ “کفر کا نظام چل سکتا ہے مگر ظلم کا نہیں”۔ ہمیں اس ظلم کے خلاف اپنے اور اپنے ملک کے بہتر مستقبل کے لیے خود کھڑا ہونا پڑے گا۔ اس لیے پوری قوم کو پیغام دیتا ہوں کہ تیاری پکڑیں!

میرا اپنی پوری قوم، اپنے کارکنان اور پارٹی قیادت کو پیغام ہے کہ آپ کا کپتان آج بھی سینہ تان کر کھڑا ہے، آپ نے گھبرانا نہیں ہے! میں قید و بند کی صعوبتیں اس لیے برداشت کر رہا ہوں تاکہ میری قوم کو آزادی مل سکے۔ ہم نے کسی بھی صورت ظلم اور جبر کے سامنے سر نہیں جھکانا۔ یاد رکھیں اندھیری رات جتنی بھی طویل ہو، اس کی صبح ضرور طلوع ہوتی ہے۔ اس ظلمت کی رات کا خاتمہ قریب ہے، انشاءاللّہ انصاف اور آزادی کا سورج جلد طلوع ہو گا!”

🇵🇰 Pakistan is cracking down hard ahead of Imran Khan's march on Islamabad, and 2 families tied to his party say they were targeted.

Punjab PTI leader Raja Shahbaz Bhatti says police broke down his gate and searched his home last night.

Separately, KPK Assembly Speaker Babar Saleem Swati says his nephew, Kamal Saleem Swati, survived a deadly attack and an attempted kidnapping, and has released CCTV footage of the incident.

The march, which is planned for Sunday, is demanding Khan's release, and the government is pulling out every stop to keep it from happening.

Punjab, Pakistan's most populous province, has banned any gathering of 5 or more people in public for the next 13 days, citing intelligence warnings of possible suicide bombings and car bombs at large crowds.

Islamabad is already on lockdown, mobile and internet service is set to be cut in neighboring Rawalpindi, and reports say roads into the capital will be blocked with shipping containers and trenches, with bus routes suspended.

For a march the government says it isn't worried about, it's going to a lot of trouble.
