@CityPowerJhb @CityofJoburgZA @DadaMorero_ Lenasia Ext 3 left in dark 25 days. No transformer. No update. Is this the beginning of the end of City Power? Broke and collapsing? Fix Ext 3 NOW! Refs: CPWEB5179938

[ShAzIaV @Shazia212]

@CityPowerJhb Can someone please provide an update? All calls show closed but the area is without power for 5 days

[ShAzIaV @Shazia212]

@CityPowerJhb How long does sourcing take???? 1 week??

[ShAzIaV @Shazia212]

@CityPowerJhb WE DESERVE UPDATES AND EFFICIENT SERVICE DELIVERY

[ShAzIaV @Shazia212]

@CityPowerJhb Btw you can’t even communicate and keep track properly! The outage happened 8:30am Saturday morning 12th September!! You amend dates and times so it looks like you working within service times

[ShAzIaV @Shazia212]

@CityPowerJhb Really just do better 🙄

[ShAzIaV @Shazia212]

@CityPowerJhb Work smarter and faster. This is absolutely ridiculous no power for 4 full days!!

[ShAzIaV @Shazia212]

@CityPowerJhb We want a generator in ext 3 also

[ShAzIaV @Shazia212]

@CityPowerJhb LENASIA EXT 3 has no power for 4 days now!! We need a new transformer fitted. Everyday you just string us along. Sending out comms with incorrect dates. How is your company escalation process because it took literally 3 full days to diagnose the fault.

[ShAzIaV @Shazia212]

@CityPowerJhb 16 hours with no electricity and no communication for the pass 9 hours.. do better really

[ShAzIaV @Shazia212]

@CityPowerJhb Please just give the whole of lenasia its own substation. We seem connected to everyone else’s!

[ShAzIaV @Shazia212]

@CityPowerJhb Please read your communication before posting and start providing clear information. Lenasia has been off because of Orlando substation, nancefield substation, nirvana substation, Eldorado park and now lehae substation. How many substation are we connected to?
