@PapaJohnsUK Well,it’s just taken 1.5 hours for my pizza to get to me.Freezing cold & no answer from the store on any of the 12 times I called to find out where my food was.I also had to pay for 2 sauces I don’t need to add an extra £1 to my bill to qualify for delivery& only 1 was included!

@British_Airways@KarCo73 I keep being told the same - that you are busy & to call again later & then it simply cuts off…. So no a colleague won’t take our calls as you said above - the point is that our calls aren’t being taken. I’ve got a flight in a few days - how do I speak to someone?
@British_Airways you have really awful customer service at the moment. We can’t get through by phone at all… it’s been days; still your automated msg saying we’re busy pls call back. 😑😑
@audibleuk really rubbish app recently - this used to be amazing(!) & now having massive issues w pausing in with locked screen, & now also issues rewinding a chapter back & forth (which my recent update hasn’t fixed) 😞😒😒
@Ryanair hi. Is there a reason that when using the ‘fee free flight change’ offer, u are charging me (& several other customers from what I see online) fees for seats & luggage - which I’ve already paid for w my original flight? This is definitely not ‘fee free’ & seems a scam😑
@lastminute_com are still advertising holidays but are not focused at all on contacting their UK customers about their LONG overdue refunds! It’s also impossible to contact you by phone so I guess you’re hoping customers will give up & not bother. A very dishonest organisation.
@lastminute_com are you not actioning any refunds at all? You were due to pay a fine, missed the deadline & then just decided to not bother refunding customers? I’m still waiting for my refund for an August 2020 cancelled flight... 9 months later. Pls respond!

@superdrug I’ve just spent ages selecting items i need & yet again I get to the delivery page and absolutely NONE of the items are available for delivery(& only 1 of 13 avail. to collect in store). What is going on??😑This isn’t the first time either.Complete waste of my time 😓
@SuperdrugHelp They were all sold out (not some) & not for the first time... it would b good if a ‘not available for delivery’ sign was on them before I spent ages deciding how many of each thing to add to my basket. It’s a waste of people’s time.
