If menopause happened to men and as a result of it men experienced a drastic reduction in metabolism, muscle loss acceleration, severely dropping bone density, increase in insulin resistance, sudden increased risk of cardiovascular events, depression and mood instability rise, cognitive issues, sleep disruption, etc, we would have had multiple modalities of management and support systems by now.

Menopause makes women invisible overnight. Everything chances and nobody prepares women beforehand or supports us. Women remain unheard, overlooked, dismissed and undervalued.

No cure for endometriosis. No proper management for menopause. No adequate symptomatic relief for menstrual discomfort. But let’s get handicapped sperm a wheelchair to make not so healthy babies because it would make men feel strong.
