@HMRCcustomers Can't understand why you can't help. I used your link. the top line says ask hmrc online which is you. All other links takes me to call us which as you know nobody answers. I want to know if I need to pay vol contributions for the years in uni it says incomplete 1990s & how much?

@HMRCcustomers I tried the website and it said call but nobody ever picks up and then hangs up. I'm wondering why you, as in, this platform cannot answer my question or tell me what to do exactly instead of directing me to a website that asks me to call? What's the point of you then?

@MSCcruisesSA Your link gives an option of pcr or antigen. The text from msc says pcr. The information isn't very consistent and it is confusing for passengers to know exactly what to do. I need a clear answer to my query. For cruise on 10/03 30 days destination Italy, what test is mandatory?
