@BBCNews I'm a pensioner and have paid privately for years for hygienist appointments due to diabetes. My practice is now totally private and will not see me for any emergencies. I have had no choice but to move to another private dentist as I couldn't find an NHS one in Nottinghamshire.

@louderry @BBCNews We have to go thro the app at the docs for them to take days to authorise and send to the chemist, then they take days to process it and order the meds in. Trying to cut out the docs. We are semi-rural so that might be why it takes so long 🤷
