And if you’re a woman who knows it’s time to take your life more seriously, work on yourself, and finally become the woman you keep saying you want to be…This is for you.
The 30 Days to a Better Me Challenge is launching August 25th.
Before you join my 30 Days to a Better Me Challenge, you need to know who this is actually for.
But more importantly, let me tell you who it’s not for. Because this challenge is not for everybody.
and become the person you promised yourself you would be.

And it’s definitely not for you if you’re looking for another challenge that makes you feel motivated for a few days, and then you go right back to your old habits.
This challenge is not for you if you’re okay watching months go by while you keep telling yourself, “I’ll start soon.”
It’s not for you if you already know you need to change, but you keep waiting to feel motivated enough before you actually do it.

This is one of the things we’ll be working on inside the 30 Days to a Better Me Challenge:
Learning how to make plans you can actually sustain, building habits you can stick to, and becoming someone who does what she says she’s going to do.
The goal at the beginning isn’t to do everything perfectly. The goal is to make showing up easier.
Because every time you show up, you’re proving to yourself that you can do what you said you were going to do. And once showing up becomes normal, you can build from there.
For example, if you want to read more, don’t tell yourself you have to read a whole chapter. Read one paragraph instead.
If you want to start exercising, don’t tell yourself you have to do the full workout. Put on your workout clothes and start.
But here’s one thing that can help you start doing the things you planned.
It’s called the two-minute rule.
When you’re starting a new habit, make the starting point so small that it takes less than two minutes to begin.
