BREAKING NEWS | SAPS National Spokesperson Brigadier Athlenda Mathe has confirmed the arrest of 45-year-old UK fugitive Mkhanyisi Tshuma by the SAPS Organised Crime Unit and Interpol in Kensington, Johannesburg.
