@DrussellFPL@AaronBastani Eight years for fracturing a policewoman’s spine doesn’t seem sufficient as punishment or deterrent. He should have got more.
@HeidiBachram@nicolelampert Good that there exists a judge in this country who takes crimes like this seriously.
Unfortunately they will appeal, that’s for sure. Their sentences will most likely be cut and further reduced for time spent on remand.
It never crossed my mind that @freddiesayers and @narindertweets would take the same view on ANY subject but here we are. Both spewing their utter contempt for young, white, working class girls.
What next, will Freddie commission her to write a think piece for @unherd?
You called it "propaganda slop", then had Kathleen Stock write an article insulting the girls for Unherd.
I might suggest that if a snobbish desire to gatekeep immigration discourse and "own" the right causes you to side against two young girls being filmed and harassed by a gypsy, then your premises are wrong, Freddie.
@lowles_nick Don't look back in anger.
Just part and parcel of life in the big city.
Backlash against peaceful Englishmen will not be tolerated.
Its important to remember the socio economic factors.
Clearly an isolated incident.
Just accept that this sort of thing happens from time to time.
I ended up turning off comments on my post about it because the condemnation, accusations and outright hate from liberal/leftists towards a CHILD was sickening.
Their default reaction was that she was a racist, feral, working class thug who was being aggressive towards poor migrants who were simply going about their day.
They simply refused to acknowledge that she may have been scared and defending herself.
This is now the immediate and accepted narrative from the British left… to defend predators at all cost if they belong to a minority group - even if it is at the expense of children’s safety.
@BasilTheGreat He could hardly bring himself to admit he had made a mistake just that he had been ‘over hasty’ but, you know, all is fine cos ‘lesson learned’.
@freddiesayers You didn't merely express scepticism, you said it was manufactured outrage and that we were all morons for trusting our gut that the young girl was the victim and the grown man was the aggressor.
@freddiesayers To be clear, you didn't just express skepticism, you overconfidently called it "propaganda slop".
You should apologise to the poor girls and reflect deeply on what made you not believe the terrified children in the first place.
Where's her apology? Where are all the morally virtuous, perpetually outraged, "well care about children" and "believe all women" hypocritical monsters now?
A little girl was FORCED to grab and axe and a knife to protect her sister, because 2 foreigners tried to sexually accost them, and then violently assaulted them when they defended themselves.
The country needs to ask why their instinct was to immediately label this little girl as a racist and try and destroy her life, rather than believe her.
This is what little girls face now.
The accusation of racism is literally allowing the mass rape and murder of our children.
Where are the apologies? Where are these sanctimonious arseholes now, admitting they were wrong?
Slop, eh?
Who’s the moron now @freddiesayers?
What made you believe the denial from a thuggish migrant over the a distressed cries of a young white working class girl?
Do you feel any blame?
