Finally, NQP life is tiring. I'm exhausted at the end of each day, from all the thinking I have to do! Make time for self-care, prioritise your wellbeing! Do nice things at the weekend, take your annual leave (you earned it!) and stick to your hours. Future you will thank you.

I have yet to meet a 'textbook' child on my caseload, but being a detective is one of the best bits of my job. Trust your instincts, you know more than you realise :)

A few people I know have had symptoms but tested negative and then tested positive as they're feeling better... stupid cheeky Covid.
