A little about my idea: (HRSO) or Harm Reduction Street Outreach Teams. Would help to meet the folks most in need where they are at. These teams would be equipped with what is essentially mobile check up clinics and harm reduction tools, to assist the communities medical issues.
Even though I did not receive the first place reward, I will continue to pursue this idea until it is a reality here and Rhode Island and through the country!
