@HP I purchased an HP printer from Amazon on March 23, 2024. On June 6, 2024, the printer's touch screen malfunctioned, rendering it unusable. Upon contacting HP, I was informed that a replacement printer would be shipped to me and that I needed to return the defective unit. However, after more than a week without any follow-up, I checked online and found that HP claims my printer is out of warranty. This is incorrect, as HP provides a one-year warranty, and my printer is less than 90 days old. HP has not responded to my subsequent emails, and customer service has been unresponsive. I wish to file a complaint and request a refund. 🤨
