A love letter to my @tankandthebangas 🖤🖤🖤
They killed it on stage @skirball_la last night!! I haven’t seen a crowd that engaged and everybody dancing like that since I moved to LA
I swear one lady was doing her own line dances to yalls songs 😂😂

Seeing them brings up so many emotions because I’ve been interviewing Tank since my early days in TV (2013ish) and looking back on our old interviews is like a growth timeline for both of us …
Tank was there to support me when I needed guests for my first first shows and still really finding my groove as an anchor, she sat down with me before her first Grammy nom for a story about her journey, and she showed up to surprise me for my very last show in New Orleans 🥹
It’s so beautiful to see the love continue here in LA
Tank’s music will make you believe in yourself, feel ok with being an outsider, and will keep you dancing through all of that
