Ken Paxton let a pedophile back on our streets.
He gave Adam Hoffman — an admitted child predator — an Epstein-style sweetheart deal.

BREAKING: "MORE PEOPLE WILL DIE" — Sotomayor delivers FURIOUS bench dissent after Supreme Court legalizes Trump’s immigration crackdown.
In a single devastating day, the Supreme Court's conservative majority handed Donald Trump TWO sweeping immigration victories — and Justice Sonia Sotomayor delivered a furious dissent warning of the human cost.
First, the 6-3 court stripped Temporary Protected Status from 350,000 Haitians and 6,100 Syrians — clearing a path to deport hundreds of thousands of people back to countries devastated by war and disaster. The same protections are now in jeopardy for a dozen other nations.
Justice Elena Kagan's dissent quoted Trump's own vile words about Haitians, writing that his statements "fairly SHOUT, in their racial undertones and overtones alike, that race entered into the president's resolve to remove Haitians from this country." This is the man who falsely claimed Haitians were eating people's pets and called Haiti a "filthy, dirty, disgusting" country. The court somehow decided that wasn't racial hostility, akin to declaring that water isn’t wet.
Then came the second blow. The court ruled Trump can physically turn away asylum seekers at the border — blocking them from setting foot on U.S. soil where the law would let them claim protection. The conservative majority absurdly decided that migrants standing AT the border haven't "arrived" until they fully cross.
Justice Sotomayor was so outraged she read her dissent ALOUD from the bench — a move reserved for the most profound disagreements — visibly catching Justice Alito off guard.
"The consequences of today's decision are predictable," Sotomayor declared. "MORE PEOPLE WILL DIE. More people will attempt to cross the border illegally, and some will make it while others will not."
She demolished the majority's tortured logic, comparing it to a train conductor announcing the train is "arriving at Penn Station" while it's still half a mile away. "It makes no sense," she said.
She's right. Many asylum seekers face torture and death in their home countries — and sending them back is a cruel rejection of their plights. Then, there are the doctors, engineers, students, and caregivers who were given shelter under earlier administrations and built lives here legally under their Temporary Protected Status. Now they face deportation to nations where, their lawyers say, they too could be KILLED.
This is what a Supreme Court captured by right-wing ideologues delivers: legal cover for cruelty, dressed up as statutory interpretation, while a solitary justice with compassion warns of the human consequences.
Innocent people will die. And the court can’t say it wasn’t warned.

Ho-lee-shit!!!
Thanks to journalist Katie Phang and Trump's corrupt and incompetent acting Attorney General Todd Blanche, the Epstein files are about to explode into one of the biggest scandals in American history.
A federal judge dropped a bombshell ruling Thursday, ordering the Justice Department to stop protecting explosive documents that the Trump administration has desperately fought to keep hidden from the public.
U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan slammed the DOJ, siding with Katie Phang in the first-ever lawsuit enforcing the Epstein Files Transparency Act — a bill that passed Congress with near-unanimous support in 2025.
Now Acting AG Todd Blanche is forced to explain why he's been illegally blocking the release of shocking material, including:
ㆍ Names redacted from emails referencing a "torture video" and sexual activity with minors
ㆍ Identities of co-conspirators listed in a draft federal indictment
ㆍ FBI interview notes from a victim who says Jeffrey Epstein introduced her to Donald Trump when she was just 13 years old — and that Trump assaulted her
Instead of doing his job, Blanche arrogantly claimed the court had zero authority to even hear the case. That gamble just blew up in his face.
When you refuse to contest the allegations in federal court, those allegations are legally admitted. Judge Sullivan called it straight:
"The Attorney General has conceded that he is in violation of the Act."
Blanche also never reviewed foreign-language documents in the files and has blown past the legal deadline (December 19, 2025) to explain his shady redactions — by more than six months.
This ruling is massive because the original transparency law had no real teeth. Katie Phang's legal team cleverly used the Administrative Procedure Act to crack the door wide open. Now any journalist, researcher, or watchdog can walk through it.
The judge flat-out rejected the DOJ's excuses. "There is no competing harm to the government” from simply following the law," he wrote.
Listen to the clip and hear the police officers explain they agree with the people, but they are just doing what they are asked.
NOBODY AGREES WITH DONALD TRUMP ON ANYTHING!
@OccupyDemocrats WTF! This is absolute bullshit. These justices need to be investigated. They obviously are receiving some sort of financial kick backs some where down the line. Someone needs to connect the dots.
"Impeach the corrupt right-wing justices and pack the fucking court already. Enough,"
BREAKING: Calls to expand the Supreme Court EXPLODE after they ruled that Americans can't sue the maker of Roundup weedkiller for causing cancer — blocking thousands of lawsuit.
These Republican justices are utterly corrupt...
"Impeach the corrupt right-wing justices and pack the fucking court already. Enough," wrote leftist commentator Kyle Kulinski on X.
"SCOTUS rules Monsanto/Bayer can’t be sued for omitting a warning even if their herbicides do cause cancer. Even if the legal reasoning of the court is sound in this case, it’s a blatant travesty of justice," Republican Congressman Thomas Massie wrote on X. "Congress and the President can fix this and we absolutely should."
The court's decision to side with Bayer — which became the manufacturer of Roundup after they purchased the maker Monsanto in 2018 — is the latest in a long string of decisions in which the justices have sided with corporate interests over the welfare of the American people. In its current state, with a Republican majority, the Supreme Court functions as just another arm of these massive companies.
They ruled against a Missouri man who convincingly argued that his cancer was caused by Roundup. A jury had previously awarded him $1.25 million. The Trump administration supported Monsanto in this case, removing any lingering doubt that the "Make America Healthy Again" shtick was a farce. This White House was always going to choose profits over people.
The decision comes after Bayer was hit by a deluge of lawsuits for failing to properly warn customers that their product can cause cancer. The justices' incredibly tenuous logic was that because federal regulations have not found the cancer link in question, a label is not required and failure-to-warn lawsuits at a state level are illegitimate.
Jay Feldman of Beyond Pesticides, a health and environmental group, called the ruling "a tragic setback for public and environmental health,."
It's time we stop pretending that the Supreme Court is some sacred, nonpartisan institution. Right-wingers have spent decades stacking it with reactionary ideologues in order to undermine the public interest and entrench the power of the super-rich and corporations. Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito literally take bribes from billionaires in the form of lavish gifts and trips. They're not even pretending at legitimacy.
That leaves us with one option. Since the court is now nothing more than a partisan battleground, we need to start taking territory. Expand the court and nominate liberal justices to seize back control of our democracy!
