The derogatory term of ‘silis children’ used colloquially (not used here)only becomes more awful when you find out that suppressing hunger is one of the main reasons of the dependency on it among these kids.

While I call them squatters but many are victims of previous conflicts themselves , they have no money to do anything with these plots but resell them for a low price. This will not benefit them any way you look at it, it’s just to spite the average citizen if he wasn’t already.

1) The state enforced a new law to extort payments from rental homes.
2) Same day state gives free land to random individuals squatting on private lands.

The average law abiding citizen who isn’t a millionaire, has a militia or breaks the law is the enemy.

وزارة الثقافة والإعلام والسياحة في إعلان تحذيري :

1- عدم تأجير أي سكن مفروش أرضي أو شقق دون الحصول على ترخيص من الإدارة العامة للآثار والسياحة .
2- تمكين لجان الحملة من أداء مهامها الخاصة بالتفتيش

3- تحتفظ الوزارة بحقها في تطبيق نص المادة (20-2) من قانون تنظيم العمل السياحي لولاية الخرطوم لسنة 2008م ونصها ( دون المساس بأي عقوبة منصوص عليها في أي قانون آخر يعاقب كل من يخالف أحكام هذا القانون بأي من العقوبات التالية
1- الغرامة .
2- السجن لمدة لا تتجاوز الثلاث أشهر .

@zeryap @wasilalitaha It wasn’t legally changed, he’s not naturalised as a US citizen. The title attached says ‘Sudanese national’ and ‘alien’ so he’s a ‘refugee’.
The argument of ‘origin’ after naturalisation is different but it would still be Sudan unless they personally identify as otherwise.

@zeryap @wasilalitaha I’m exactly not confusing those. The discussion is on nationality and what occurs to legal documentation in a protection regiment.
They are eligible for S.S nationality but not automatically documented as such since they were granted IP at a specific time. A legal technicality
