@lizsargeant Too many meetings, closely followed by ‘standing agendas’ & turning over 25% of the time to talking through data that’s been in everyone’s inbox for days. Biggest wastes of time we have; reducing output and removing soace for meaningful conversation at the same time!

@Jamesillman@mattdiscombe Agree with sharing/evening out the risk but the success of this will depend on the position your organisation is already in. If you’ve already opened additional wards by reducing staffing on others, you’ve arguably already delivered over and above this model.
@fatima_medic This model answer is awful. Dealing with bullying is an important skill in any profession, the way medics are taught / encouraged to deal with it is the reason it remains so widespread.
