@SouthwestAir I received an email about reuniting with my luggage, but when I try to update the address for where to send my bags, I get redirected to a site that does not allow me to input any information. Can someone help update my claim? I already have a baggage report file ID

They did a claim for lost or delayed baggage, which is fine but it has it going back to my home address instead of putting it on a plane to my destination like I asked. @SouthwestAir my flight from DAL to PNS was canceled AFTER our bags were checked in. Now we are driving. How can I make sure my bags continue to PNS? Waiting for them was a nightmare @DallasLoveField and we are trying to make it home for Christmas
